Reserve Your Spot
A deposit of $1111 is required to hold your spot. Because this retreat is intentionally intimate and in high demand, this step helps ensure committed interest while giving us space to personally connect.
The deposit is refundable if we decide during our connection call that it’s not the right fit—however, please note that processing fees (approx. 3%) are non-refundable. If it is a match (and I hope it is!), your deposit will be applied toward your total retreat balance. Simple, intentional, and aligned.

Final balances are due by November 23, 2025, but I’m happy to work with you to create a payment schedule that feels good and manageable. Just let me know what works best for you on our call.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to reserve your spot. This deposit is refundable only after our connection call if we decide the retreat isn’t the right fit. Once you're officially accepted, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied toward your total balance. You may request a full refund (excluding deposit and processing fees) within 14 days of booking. A 50% refund (excluding the deposit & processing fees) is available until November 23, 2025. After that date, all payments are non-refundable. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card and website checkout payments. To avoid fees, remaining balances may be paid via Venmo (cash transfer only). Due to financial commitments to our partners, we’re unable to make exceptions to this policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
