Along the way, she’s served celebrity chefs, professional sports teams, and countless guests, but her heart has always been rooted in enriching communities and creating meaningful experiences.
With formal education in Nutrition Communication from Arizona State University and practical experience working under dietitians, Amy blends her passion for well-being with her expertise in top-notch hospitality. She is also a certified RYT Yoga Instructor and has completed the “How to Hold Space” course through NUSHU, deepening her ability to foster supportive environments for reflection and connection.
Amy curates exciting travel experiences that blend adventure, relaxation, and personal growth. Picture yourself snorkeling in turquoise waters, enjoying family-style dinners under the stars, hiking through lush landscapes, or kicking back with a sunrise yoga session. Every element of her retreats is thoughtfully designed to nurture the mind, body, and soul—leaving women feeling refreshed, fulfilled, and ready to thrive.
Kristine Axelson
Women's Mentor & Social Impact Entrepreneur
Kristine began her career in the coaching space leading women through a mindful approach to fitness and nutrition with the launch of Pivotal Coaching. Through that experience and recognizing the value of vulnerable, open conversations with her clients, she stepped fully into the life coaching and mentorship space in 2021. Kristine now works with women who spend a majority of their time giving to others and helps them to establish their connection back to themselves. She holds and teaches on the belief that when we learn ourselves, nourish ourselves, and give to ourselves - we create a ripple effect that changes our world. When Kristine isn't coaching, you can find her frolicking the streets of San Diego with her husband and pup while taking in the little but incredible moments life has to offer.

Cathryn Fink
Photographer
Cat has spent her life in pursuit of her career as an artist. Operating from a place of intentionality and mindful practices, she honors connection through moments that become milestones. It's Cat's mission to hold space for humans to feel. She believes photos capture so much more than a visual representation of someone; they capture the soul and the spirit of a moment in life, and that is timeless, intimate, and irreplaceable.
Based out of Baltimore, Maryland and traveling the globe for various projects, Cat’s inspired by golden hour, salty breezes, human connection, film photography and intimate moments. Her greatest gift is creating untamed imagery for those who want to feel.
