Hey! I'm Amy, and I'm so grateful that you're here. This blog has been in the works for quite some time, and I am beyond excited to finally be putting pen to paper (so to speak) and share all of my favorite things with you.

About the Blog

The Nurturing Nomad Blog was built on the foundation that no matter where you are, in mind, body or spirit, you can create an experience, a space, or a whole life that nurtures YOU and helps you feel grounded and present right where you stand. I'll be sharing some of my favorite nourishing recipes, cozy at-home inspo, tips for living more intentionally & mindfully, and lots of exciting travel. With all that, I'm really looking for the heartfelt conversations and connections that will come from sharing this content with you.

I truly believe in the power of being open, honest and real. These days, social media platforms can paint a very unrealistic picture of life and leave us feeling less-than. My goal with this blog (and everything I do) is to offer attainable ideas and recipes for the everyday woman.

My pictures won't always be professional (sometimes they will), but my recipes will always taste amazing and will nourish you and your family.
